#113: Your 2021 Marketing Plan: The Great Reset

Now that the New Year is here, I have two questions for you:
- What would success for your nonprofit really look like in 2021?
- And how will your marketing plan get you there?
Welcome to the Great Reset.
After the year we’ve had, developing a marketing plan might seem like (a) an exercise in futility, given what happened last year; or (b) way too much work for a document that might end up gathering dust on a shelf.
Both of those assumptions are untrue. Your marketing plan can be a useful roadmap and developing it doesn’t have to be a beast. In fact, it can set your nonprofit up for a highly successful year.
It will also give you a chance to get back to marketing basics, while incorporating those hard-won lessons of the past year for a “hybrid” approach that will forward your mission and allow you to shift as necessary as we reset and recover in 2021.
