Done-For-You Marketing Execution

You Need The Marketing Done.

We Run It Like It's Our Own.

For nonprofit CEOs and Executive Directors who want their marketing executed with structure, consistency, and care β€” without managing it themselves.

When marketing is being run well, you can feel it. The communication is consistent. The campaigns connect to each other. The reports actually mean something. Donors stay engaged. Programs fill. The work compounds.

When it isn't, the opposite happens β€” not dramatically, but steadily. Email goes quiet for weeks. Campaigns get launched without a clear plan behind them. Reports come in but don't tell you much. And the people who should be hearing from your organization stop hearing from it.

That's not a team effort problem.

It's an execution structure problem.

This is the work we do.

What We Focus On

We don't do everything in marketing.

We focus on the channels that most directly drive growth, donor connection, and consistent communication for nonprofits β€” and we've spent more than 15 years refining how to do them well.

01

Email Marketing & Donor Communication

The core channel for building relationships, communicating impact, and staying consistently present with your audience

02

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Campaigns that connect to each other and build toward something β€” not isolated efforts that launch and disappear

03

Google Ad Grants Management

Maximizing the $10,000/month in free Google advertising available to nonprofits β€” managed with the strategy it deserves

04

Paid Media (Meta Advertising)

Targeted advertising that reaches the right people at the right moment β€” run with structure and clear intent

Why this matters

These aren't add-on services. They're the core channels through which nonprofits build relationships, communicate impact, and drive consistent support. When they aren't executed with structure, growth becomes harder to sustain β€” no matter how strong the mission is.

How This Work Is Different

Most nonprofit marketing services either run tactics without strategy, or sell strategy without executing it well.

01

Structure

A system that holds the work together β€” not a series of disconnected tasks

02

Leadership

Executive-level people running the work β€” not junior staff assigned to your account

03

Experience

The judgment to know what to protect and what to adjust β€” built over 15+ years

We do both β€” and we do them inside the same team, with executive-level people running the work. That matters because the difference between marketing that produces results and marketing that produces activity isn't usually skill.

Our team brings all three.

Who You'll Be Working With

This work is led by April Gavin, our Chief Experience Officer, who manages every client relationship and oversees day-to-day execution.

April has been with the team for more than a decade β€” first inside a nonprofit where Cindy served as VP of Marketing and Interim CEO, and now leading client implementation at Cindy May Marketing.

Her background in journalism shapes how she approaches communication, and her operational discipline is what makes the work consistent, organized, and dependable.

When clients describe what it's like to work with us, April's name comes up first. She leads with structure, responds quickly, and stays close to the work in a way that makes it easy to trust the marketing is being handled β€” without having to chase it.

Cindy provides strategic oversight across every account, and Breece, our COO, oversees Google Ad Grants and digital advertising.

Together, we bring an executive-level team to your marketing β€” not a junior assigned to your account.

What This Looks Like In Practice

"

Working with the CMM team has brought a level of consistency and clarity to our marketing that we didn't have before. What stands out most is the experience of working with April. She leads everything with structure, responsiveness, and a clear sense of direction β€” which makes it easy to trust that things are being handled well. I don't have to chase updates or wonder where things stand. There's a plan, the work is executed consistently, and the communication is always clear. That level of reliability has made a meaningful difference for our organization.

What Changes For Your Organization

When marketing is executed well by an experienced team, the change shows up in places you might not expect.

01

Your team stops carrying the weight of work they weren't hired to do.

02

Your communication becomes consistent, week after week, without anyone having to push for it.

03

Donors stay engaged because they're being talked to in a steady, thoughtful way.

04

Campaigns connect to each other instead of running as separate efforts.

05

Reports become something you can actually use β€” not just review.

And the part you'll feel most: marketing becomes one less thing you have to worry is being handled.

Who This Is For

This work is designed for established nonprofits with the leadership structure and budget to invest in marketing execution as a strategic function β€” not a side responsibility.

You'll recognize the fit if:

01

You're a CEO, Executive Director, or Founder responsible for organizational growth

02

Your organization has the budget to invest in marketing execution as a meaningful line item

03

You have at least one internal marketing or communications team member, even part-time, that we'll partner with

04

You're ready to hand off execution to a team you trust, not just delegate tasks

When This Isn't The Right Fit

This work isn't the right fit if:

β€”

Your CEO, founder, or volunteers are currently doing the marketing

β€”

Your organization doesn't yet have a meaningful budget allocated to marketing

β€”

You're looking for a low-cost contractor to execute individual tasks rather than a strategic partner running your channels

If that's where you are, we may not be the right partner right now β€” but the briefing and our other resources are available to support you as you build toward that level of capacity.

Investment

Our engagements are structured around monthly retainer arrangements built on the level of support your organization needs.

01

Monthly Retainer

Structured around the level of support your organization needs β€” not a fixed package applied to everyone

02

Annual Agreement

With the option to exit on 30 days' notice β€” by either side. Built on trust, not lock-in

Specifics are discussed in conversation once we understand your organization, your current marketing, and what consistent execution would look like for you.

Take the Next Step

Start the conversation.

If you're considering done-for-you marketing support, the next step is a short inquiry.

This gives us a clear understanding of your organization, what you're currently navigating, and whether this level of support is the right next step.

You don't need to have everything mapped out. Just a clear sense that your marketing needs to operate at a higher level β€” and more reliably.
